Robot valet to park cars at German airport

At Duesseldorf airport in Germany, the robot valet called Ray started to work. By using a smart phone app, travllers can let Ray to park their cars. Also, it helps busy businessmen to save their time a lot.

The development of robotization looks fascinating . However, we need to care its side effect which brings a number of the unemployed. Under many automated factories, robots replace the role of human. As technology of robots develops, it is obviously true that it makes our lives more convenient. However, at the same time, people are gradually losing their ground in labor market. Therfore, the balance between robots and human should be considered carefully.

World Cup 2014: Germany must improve finishing in knockout round, says coach Joachim Loew

During the games of group phase of World Cup, German seems to be short on finishing. The coach said his team can reach its full potential on next tournaments by adapting the climate and adjusting their physical conditions. On the other hand, defence did work well as the coach intended. If German soccer team improves its finishing and raises the attacking game, they can play much better in next game.

Unlike the article, I think the German soccer team has the outstanding offense skills. So far, Thomas Muller already scored 4 goals. Also, German team is well known for its teamwork based on solid team power and physical strengths of each member rather than one specific star player. So compared to other European powerful teams, their play seems to be plain. In my opinion, this is why German couch mentioned the finishing as their flaw.

German state aims to be powered entirely by renewable energy

With supportive energy policies and incentives, Germany is well known for its advanced technology of renewable energy. The ratio of using renewable energy is continuously increasing. Schlesig-Holstein where generates whole energy by renewable energy is aiming at selling its excess energy to other areas. It is possible since there was a precedent that generated renewable energy three times more than what they needed.

I seriously realized the danger of nuclear power plant due to explosion of nuclear in Japan. However, South Korean still generates most of its energy from nuclear power. If we consider the risk of nuclear power, Korea also need to invest a lot in renewable energies such as wind power. Hence, Germany can be a good role model to Korea, in terms of the development of renewable energies.
